Coffee and Product Questions
4. What kinds of coffee beans do you offer?
We offer both single-origin speciality coffee beans from renowned coffee-growing regions and expertly crafted speciality blends. Each product is carefully selected and roasted to bring out the best flavours, with multiple roast and grind options to suit your taste.
5. What roast levels do you offer?
We provide three roast levels to suit different brewing preferences:
- Medium Light Roast: A brighter coffee with acidity and subtle notes of milk chocolate and fruit. Best for filter or pour-over methods.
- Medium Roast: Smooth milk chocolate notes with balanced acidity and sweetness. Ideal for cafetière, AeroPress, and drip methods.
- Medium Dark Roast: Rich and robust with hints of toasted caramel, best for espresso or cafetière.
Some of our coffees allow you to choose your roast level, offering you flexibility to match your brew style.
6. When is the best time to consume my coffee after roasting?
Coffee needs time to rest after roasting for the best flavour. Medium to medium-light roasts need to rest for at least 3 days, while darker roasts should rest for a minimum of 5 days. Allowing the coffee to rest helps the flavour develop, resulting in a more balanced and enjoyable cup.
7. Can I choose my grind size?
Yes! We offer multiple grind sizes based on your brewing method:
- Whole Bean: For grinding fresh at home.
- Coarse Grind: Ideal for cafetière and cold brew.
- Medium Grind: Suitable for drip coffee makers, pour-over, and AeroPress.
- Fine Grind: Perfect for espresso machines and shorter AeroPress brews.
8. How do I know which roast and grind are right for me?
If you’re unsure, we’d love to help! Contact us, and we’ll guide you in selecting the best roast and grind based on your brewing method and taste preferences.
9. How much coffee do you sell at a time?
Our standard package size is 250g per bag, but you can select larger quantities on the product page to suit your needs.
10. Do you offer speciality blends?
Yes, we offer a range of speciality blends alongside our single-origin coffees. We will also be adding more products in the near future.
